Protection of personal data

In accordance with current legislation and the provisions of Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "Regulation"), we hereby inform you that the person responsible for the data supplied by you is Assiconsult S.r.l. The IT systems and computer programs used for the functioning of the website collect some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (for example IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users when connecting to the website, the URI addresses -Uniform Resource Identifier- of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file obtained, the numerical code relating to the state of the response from the server - success, error, etc. - and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.

Although this information is not collected in order to be associated with identified subjects, by its very nature it may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

These data are used only for the purpose of collecting statistical information not linked to the user identification data on the use of the website, checking their correct functioning, and being deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to assess liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.

No personal information is required to access the website.

The processing of the data will be carried out by the personnel appointed by the holder with procedures, technical and IT tools suitable to protect the confidentiality and security of your data, and consists of its collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, consultation, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, cancellation, destruction, including the combination of two or more of the above activities.

This data is stored for the time necessary to provide the user with the requested service and is deleted immediately afterward, without prejudice to other legal obligations to retain data. Your data will not be distributed.

Within the framework of their activity and for the purposes mentioned above, the holder may avail himself of the services of third parties acting as processors on behalf of the holder and in accordance with their instructions.
