Code of conduct
We are required to comply with the ISVAP-regulations relevant to insurance intermediary and we make sure

• that all the information we give you is clear, fair and not misleading;
• to avoid conflicts of interest or, if we cannot avoid this, explain the position fully to you;
• to give you enough information and help so you can make an informed decision before you buy an insurance policy;
• that the products and services we offer you will match your requirements, as far as possible.
• to confirm your insurance arrangements;
• that you receive all the documentation you need;
• to explain your duty to disclose to insurers any fact or circumstance which ist know to you which may affect the terms of the policy before the contract ist concluded, and what may happen if you do not.

• Client money
  We hold money collected from you for onward transmission to the insurer in a segregated Client Bank Account.
• Money laundering prevention
  Our staff are bound to strictly abide by the Italian regulations against money laundering.
  We are required to obtain evidence of the identity of clients for whom we act at the start of a business relationship.
  We are obliged to report to the National Authority any evidence or suspicion of money laundering and we are prohibited from disclosing any such report.
• Data protection
  All client information is treated by us as confidential and is processed in accordance with the relevant legislation. We will not use or disclose information about you without your consent, other than in the normal course of arranging and administering your insurances.
• Professional indemnity cover
  Our business is protected by a professional indemnity insurance.
